We finally made our appointment to Home Depot to get the process started. John the kitchen designer took my sloppy sketches and designed our kitchen. Even with the higher end cabinets (RAW refuses the cheap particle board) and our natural cherry doors, it looks like we should be within our budget.
We were there for 3 hours. John was really impressed on how well behaved Hollace was during the process. She kept herself entertained. He is use to bored distracting kids and he didn’t see that with Hollace.
Tonight when we got home, Hollace gave me her Mother’s Day present. She can never wait. It was a three page essay written in the dreaded cursive on why her mom is so cool. Definitely something to cherish.
