Finally after 2.5 years we got new mattresses! Hollace’s room remodel spurred the purchase when we found a new bed for her that needed a mattress. We laid around the Bedding Experts and found a Beauty Rest for us and an Englander for Hollace. Then ended up at American Mattress for a Serta for Hollace and at Sears for a Serta for us. Hollace’s was delivered on Monday and ours came Thursday. I worked from home that day to be sure we got what we suppose to. The old guy at Sears was bumbling. First he wrung it up that it was $1400 additional. He couldn’t see it because he didn’t hit total yet but it was clear to me something was wrong so he deleted the bed even though I told him it was the box springs that was rung up wrong–he had it as two twin mattresses. He got the bed back on and the box springs but now things were cheaper. Again, I noticed the mistake. He had us down for a full size mattress–ugh.
I had $2000 ear marked for this mattress but then my old Canon 20d camera that RAW uses quit working right so that meant I needed a new camera so he could use my 50d (of course right?). I re-ear marked the mattress to $1000 and bought a Canon 7D. The mattress came to $1200 with tax so I did alright.
At work, the Creative Network is now sitting all together finally. The AbbVie folks moved to AP32 or something awhile back and it was very odd around the place with us scattered about. Now we are all together so hopefully we can feel like a team.
