This weekend’s eating

I really need to get a food plan set up in advance and stick with it. The weather was almost nice so both days Hollace and I got out for a walk. RAW was in Indiana poor guy.

Yesterday I ate a bagel with butter about an hour after I ate my toast for no other reason then I have the good butter. I called it lunch. I had a chicken kiev for dinner and snacked as usual.

Today I was determined to have my weekend treat here lately of chicken bbq nachos. I carefully counted out the tortilla chips to what is considered two servings. I love these so much that one server of 8 chips wasn’t going to cut it even though I wasn’t hungry. I did try and concentrate on eating them.

For dinner I was planning on having shrimp salad with those Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits. I knew Hollace has been wanting them and I also knew I wouldn’t be able to resist them so I tried to plan ahead with the salad.

Hollace got hungry much sooner then normal and suggested going out to eat while we were at Kohls. She changed her mind after she remembered she hates eating out cause it is awkward. I told her lets go home and make those biscuits so I ended up eating 3 by 3:00.

We went out for a walk later and when we got home I roasted some asparagus and called it dinner for both of us so in the end I didn’t blow it too bad calorie wise if I ignore like I do all the nibbles.

I am running out of time tonight but tomorrow for sure I will create a meal plan worksheet that I will plan in detail all the eating, snacks included that I will stick to. I think I meet with my health coach next week and I don’t have anything to show.
